Return
Address Labels
Return address labels can save you a lot of time when working with
regular mail. Every month, I thank heaven that I took the time to buy
the handy stickers because they help me get through a stack of bills in
record time. The return address labels are a must during bill-time and
they are useful in many other instances throughout the year.
The last thing that you want to do is fill out your name and address
over and over again, and those of us who pay most of our bills the
old-fashioned way find the return address labels very useful. The
stickers can save the person who is writing the bills the hassle of
repetitive writing and they also can prevent writer’s cramp.
I can not imagine completing my holiday cards without return address
labels. My husband and I send cards to just about everyone we know.
There are seasonal return address labels that add a little pizzazz to
the greeting cards. There are many styles to choose and you can even
select labels that are consistent with a holiday theme. It just adds a
nice touch to your holiday mailings.
When my husband and I got married, I was thankful for our return
address labels, though I wish that I would have selected ones that fit
our wedding theme. Nevertheless, the labels were useful for timely
completion of my thank-you notes. I estimate that I saved over an hour
of writing by using the return address labels for my thank-you notes.
The return address labels were also handy when I was preparing for my
wedding. My maid of honor suggested that I bring a bunch of
personalized labels with me when we went to bridal shows. I am so glad
that I followed her advice. While other future brides were busy writing
their address information, I was moving from kiosk to kiosk in record
time. I just stuck a label on the information sheet, wrote down my
phone number and moved on to the next display. This was one of the most
useful tips for using the return address labels.
Return address labels can be used to fill in an address book in almost
no time at all. Whenever I visit friends and family, I make the odd
request for a personalized label. Once I explain that I use them for my
address book at home, many people immediately understand the request
and often return a “Why didn’t I think of
that?” as a reply.
